Registration & Payment
Registration is done through our website and email and confirmed via email after payment is received.
Payment is binding, and participants are required to pay the full event fee according to the current price list.
The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations without any payment obligation.
The event has a limited number of spots – if fully booked, you will be placed on a waiting list.
Cancellation & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be sold or transferred to another person.
If you cancel before May 10, 2025, you will receive a full refund minus a 500 SEK cancellation fee.
Cancellations after May 10, 2025, are non-refundable.
If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to mambohabana@gmail.com and include your full name.
During the Event
The event takes place at a rented venue – changes may occur and will be communicated in advance.
Partner rotation in classes is at the discretion of the instructors and participants.
The organizer reserves the right to move a participant to a different class level if deemed necessary.
Entry is only permitted with a valid confirmation (mobile or printed), which will be sent after payment is received.
All participants will receive a wristband at check-in, which must be worn throughout the event. If lost, entry may be denied.
Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of images and videos in event documentation and promotion.
Liability & Other Conditions
The organizer is not responsible for personal injuries, lost, or damaged belongings.
Participants are fully responsible for any damage they cause.
The organizer reserves the right to change terms, prices, and schedules if necessary.
By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Swedish law applies to the event, and any legal matters will be handled in Sweden.
